Dewax

Crude extract is heated, blended in solvent, winterized and dewaxed via batch-process filter press. Solvent is removed from the winterized extract. Yield is a function the wax content of the crude. We also offer the option of using active carbon to depigment the oil and chelate other impurities in the process.

Distillation

Winterized extract is heated and distilled with a 1 m2 molecular wiped film distillation column to concentrate CBD and remove any residual solvents, terpenes and other non-targeted fractions separable by boiling point.

Throughput: 10 – 45 kg/hr depending on matrix and target

Crystallization

CBD or CBG distillate with a minimum purity of 60% is crystallized, washed and dried in our top-of-the-line equipment with 65%-85% yield based on quality and cannabinoid concentration in the distillate.

Throughput: 130-150 kg/day 99% CBD, CBG isolate

Bottling

30 mL Boston round bottles with glass or plastic standard or CRC droppers filled, labeled, neck banded, lot coded and boxed.
