Yes. GenCanna ships its proprietary hemp derived CBD products to all 50 States. The United States Farm Bill of 2014 classified industrial hemp as containing less than 0.3% THC. Because GenCanna’s products contain either 0.0% THC (CBD isolate) or less than 0.3% THC (full-spectrum), we are allowed by U.S. Federal law to ship to all states.

What are cannabinoids?

Cannabinoids are the primary chemical compounds produced by the cannabis plant and have been patented by the US Department of Health and Human Services as “antioxidants and neuroprotectants.” While there are dozens of identified cannabinoids, GenCanna plants have naturally high levels of Cannabidiol (CBD) while having only trace amounts of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). GenCanna products either contain 0% THC (CBD Isolate) or less than 0.3% THC (Full Spectrum).

Does GenCanna consider its products to be pure and natural?

Yes. “Natural” starts with the high levels of CBD found naturally in GenCanna’s proprietary hemp cultivars; and continues in that GenCanna prides itself on ensuring that its hemp crops are sustainably farmed on US family farms and are free of pesticides. “Purity” of GenCanna products is ensured in that all products are tested by independent 3rd parties to ensure this premium quality makes it through to our final products.

Are GenCanna’s products rich in phytocannabinoid hemp oils?

Yes. Phytocannabinoids are the cannabinoids naturally found in the hemp plant and there are dozens of them. GenCanna’s genetics have a naturally high concentration of the phytocannabinoid, cannabidiol (CBD), while also containing a unique, full-spectrum of all other phytocannabinoids. GenCanna’s CBD Isolate products are produced from these rich phytocannabinoid oils.

Are GenCanna’s products tested by 3rd parties for safety and quality?

Yes. While GenCanna products are produced in an FDA registered food-grade facility, we take the extra step to ensure safety and quality by having all products independently tested by a 3rd party.

Is GenCanna vertically integrated?

Yes. GenCanna grows its hemp-derived CBD on US family farms, primarily in the rich, fertile soils of Kentucky. The GenCanna Production System (GPS) provides farmers with proprietary genetics, agronomic training and resources, and a platform to turn their hard work into profits.

Why does CBD work well for so many different things?

Discovered in the late ‘90s, all mammals produce cannabinoids naturally as part of what’s called our “Endocannabinoid System” (ECS). The ECS serves to help the body’s immune, central nervous, and digestive systems maintain balance or homeostasis. When our bodies are deficient in cannabinoids due to genetics or environmental stress, a variety of neurological conditions can develop. Fortunately, plant-based phytocannabinoids, including CBD, can be introduced into our diets when cannabinoid deficiencies exist and restore our bodies to homeostasis, allowing naturally healing.

What is the difference between Full-Spectrum CBD and CBD Isolate?

GenCanna’s full-spectrum hemp oils contain dozens of cannabinoids patented by the US Department of Health and Human Services as antioxidants and neuroprotectants, including cannabidiol (CBD). CBD isolate products contain only the single CBD cannabinoid and are available in oils or powders.

Which is best, Full-Spectrum CBD and CBD Isolate?

Some people prefer to consume CBD in conjunction with all other naturally occurring cannabinoids (full-spectrum). Others prefer to only consume CBD by itself, whether it be due to personal preference or to avoid a positive THC drug test. Some swear that full-spectrum oils perform better for health concerns due to the “entourage effect” of all cannabinoids working together, while others indicate miraculous results from our CBD isolate products. With limited medical research existing, it is a personal preference as to what is best.

What is the Entourage Effect?

The “entourage effect” is a theory that full-spectrum oils perform better for health concerns than do CBD isolates due to a superior impact from the “entourage” of all cannabinoids working together. With limited medical research existing, GenCanna offers both full-spectrum and THC-free CBD isolate products.

Does one need a doctor's prescription or medical marijuana card to use GeCanna Products?

No. GenCanna products are classified as industrial hemp food products and are therefore available legally to everyone.

Under Section 7606 of the 2014 Farm Bill (Agricultural Act of 2014), Congress permits the growth and cultivation of industrial hemp under state sponsored departments of agriculture. GenCanna operates in accordance with the Farm Bill and under the supervision of the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.

Are GenCanna’s products safe for children?

Yes. As famously evidenced by the miraculous impact that hemp derived CBD had on little Charlotte Figi’s life without side effects, our products are safe for children. GenCanna products contain the same genetic cultivars and are formulated by the same team of scientists that made Charlotte’s first, miraculous hemp oil.

Will GenCanna’s products make me fail a drug test?

GenCanna’s CBD Isoloate products contain 0.0% THC so they are safe for those who must take a test for the positive presence of THC. As with all hemp products, with our Full Spectrum products there is a chance that a positive test for THC could be triggered despite there only being trace amounts present in the oil. We recommend that you consult with your employer or doctor before taking our Full Spectrum products if a positive test for THC is a concern.

Does GenCanna sell seeds or clones?

No, GenCanna does not sell seed or clones. Any products purporting to be such are not affiliated with GenCanna in any way.

What is the difference between Charlotte’s Web TM products and GenCanna’s PRODUCTS?

There is no genetic difference in terms of the hemp-derived CBD utilized in each of these products. Charlotte’s Web is a specific consumer brand who happens to use the same hemp cultivar as that used by GenCanna. GenCanna’s vast economies of scale allow us to mass produce this high CBD hemp strain on a global level and serve both businesses and consumers.
